Everyone is always so polite everytime I come in. Today I had questions on a product I've never used. Angie was very helpful with tips and tricks on how to use it. She is always helped with my questions even when she is not my designated cashier. I will be back and not only for the sales.❤️

Everyone at Surterra in Ft Walton is so friendly and helpful. Brad specifically always has a smile and is extremely respectful and friendly. I tend to do pick up orders and know what I want but any questions I've had they have been more than willing to help. Couldn't recommend them more.Great selection and great sales. It's so hard to walk with anything at full price

I went in to pick up an order. I was waited on by Brad. I bought a battery and he not only explained how to use it, he gave me a print out. Super friendly, super knowledgeable wish we could tip them!! Always makes the experience better when you get waited on by someone like Brad.

I just got my medical card, and this was my first experience buying from a dispensary. Everyone was smiling and friendly. Tre was super nice and helped me figure out what products were right for me. Great experience overall. Will definitely be going back.

I wish we could tip the associates, but appreciate the service and if a review helps then I will do it, happily. My Representative, "They call me Angie," was inviting, funny and informative. I was greeted at the front door, my online order (which was so easy to do) was ready and perfect. Angie helped answer my questions with confidence. The products selection is great and ease of ordering is definitely worth a return visit. Will definitely be back.

Great place with a great atmosphere. The decor is really warm and well thought out. Cudos. The employees are all very friendly and go above and beyond to offer advice on what to try and what is on discount to save money when in a jam. When in a jam I'd suggest spending the 35 for the 1 gram vape cartridge distillate purple punch. It smells and tastes great with a great quick and long lasting effect from just a couple puffs. Could really make it stretch if you need to. ^_^

Chris was a pleasure to deal with. Know his stuff when it comes to picking the right product. He took his time in showing me all the available deals. Chris defined how easy it was to shop. The place had a real good vibe, it was clean. I will come again to shop here it's one of the most pleasant experiences I had at a dispensary. Thank you Chris!

Today’s visit. I was greeted by. Emily she really helped me out with my order. I ordered online but I had to make some adjustments when. I walked in because. I didn’t have enough money and she helped me get what. I could. With the amount that. I had. She even complimented my hair, which made me feel nice.

What an easy experience! I simply place my order online, and can pick it up any time before they close, or have it delivered to me! And the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products, very capable at helping me find the best options to meet my medical needs. Yall are awesome!

This used to be my favorite dispensary. Everyone remembered my name. So friendly. I’ve been going for about 3 years.I went Friday and there is all new staff. There was 1 person behind the counter, she said she was the store manager. There was just me and another lady waiting. However, every time a new person came in the door, if they had an online order, they ignored us that had been waiting and helped them instead of us.When I questioned it, the manager told me it’s company policy to help those that ordered online first. I asked if my business was important and she said I was being confrontational.They need some sensitivity training in there. I was shocked because normally I’m treated so well, today they made me feel like a second class citizen. The manager even stated, you didn’t have to wait that long. That was not the point. I felt ignored when I generally spend a few hundred a week in there.I guess the dispensaries don’t care to keep their long time customers. I like the Coral Reefer stuff. But, I won’t be back. I was made to feel like a low life. And I assure you, I am not.The new manager has no customer service skills. I’d be glad to help train your staff on customer service.

I love going to this store! The staff are amazing and I never have to wait long like some of the others in town! If you place a online order you usually don't have to wait long for the message your order is ready and even if there is a huge sale and lots of folks picking up they still get you in and out in a timely manner!!

My 1st visit @ Surterra was like no other. Ken at the FWB location is the employee to see, he definitely Rocks👍✌️. Ken is all about the customer. TOO BAD THEY DON'T ACCEPT TIPS🤔

The best dispensary in Florida, the premium flower is the best flower I've ever smoked hands down. They keep coming out with new stains that are amazing. The customer service is unmatched they are fast and helpful. But honestly the product is unbelievable

I tried a few different CBD tinctures from other places but Surterra has THE BEST one by far!!!! It doesn't have a peppermint taste and it is smooth and easy to use as tinctures should be. I also can't say enough about how friendly and informed the staff are - they answer all of my questions and help me make the best decisions for myself. I appreciate their customer service.

Great spot. Brad is a great employee with knowledge who has helped me make some decisions that best work for me. Promote that dude. They finally have Live Rosin carts that are amazing! Would be nice on there website if each product had a COA with the product so I can research what I am buying before hand.Update: The Live Rosin carts are my new go-to. Hope they stock them in Myakka Native soon!

This was my first time here and I must say I was impressed how nice the store was on the inside. Very relaxed atmosphere and the wellness coordinator, "Tre" who took care of me was an absolute professional who knows his stuff. He set me up with a variety of concentrates and informed me of my first patient discounts. So far I've only tried the Oregon Noble Soft Wax. I'm extremely impressed because it has a great aroma and smooth! But most of all I'm completely relaxed on a scale of 8 to 10! Great products so far, so I definitely recommend giving this place a try. And again thank you "Tre: for looking out! 🙏🙏🙏💯

This has fast become my favorite go-to dispensary. I've had bad experiences at other local dispensaries, but I have nothing but good things to say about Surterra. The staff is incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. They will often go above and beyond to make sure that the best deal is available and offered.Additionally, the selection of products is extensive and competitively priced. The supply is adequate and wait time is minimal. All-in-all a great experience every time I go.If I could remember staff's names I would give kudos to you all separately, but I think you all do a great job collectively as well.

It's a great dispensary! The atmosphere is peaceful & the place is clean. The service is kind, fast, & thorough. Their products are consistent. On my last visit I was helped by Serena. I appreciated her patience & enjoyed her vibe.

Just going to say everyone there is great but Serena M. is amazing. She always greets you with a welcoming attitude, makes small talk to address your needs personally and has an extremely jovial personality which makes you feel welcome. Love Surterra Wellness and find their products to be among the best.

Finally figured out to leave a review. I came in a week ago or so. Saw reviews saying products and service were superb so I went myself. Products are plentiful and good quality . Service - not so much. Saw purple hair lady vaping saw her inside seemed frantic. Im old fashioned and professional seems in dispensaries this normal. I had a lot of questions and young man seemed annoyed to help. Please have better attitude we just want to make sure we can our medicine! I will b back

Had an excellent first experience with SurTerra, Serena saw me into the shop and was very knowledgeable of the products and their medicinal benefits. She was also very insightful in providing a recommendation based on her own experience (which I found to be a very beneficial medication, thanks Serena!) they also had considerably more product in stock than Trulieve and the prices were quite competitive. Overall I would recommend this dispensary to any medical patient in the fort Walton area, and if she’s there, you definitely want Serena to help you

Surterra is my go to dispensary after being let down by Trulieve numerous times. I am always in and out in 5 minutes, they're always stocked with great products, and each budtender is well versed on what's in stock. Serena is awesome and was super helpful with the questions I had during my last pick up. She was also incredibly friendly and really seemed to love her job. Fantastic experiences!

Fort Walton Beach is my normal Surterra store, where the staff are always very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Serena M. made my day with her bubbly personality and infectious attitude. Shopping is always a pleasure at Surterra and their products are top-notch!

I stopped by here Monday afternoon & I can see this place quickly becoming my regular dispensary! When I walked in I was greeted by 2 employees who were very helpful in answering all my questions and they had great recommendations! I then went to the back and finished my order with Tre, he was awesome! He was very helpful and sweet. This is definitely the first dispensary I walked into and had a great experience all the way through! I hope they get a location a little close to me! I’ll happily make the 45 minute trip until then though! I highly recommend them!

A beautiful young lady, Victoria, has helped me a few times at Surterra FWB. Her and the entire staff are just awesome. I don't even order online because of how fast customers are taken care of here. The chairs don't get much action, if any. I can't express how impressed I am with the customer service at this location.

I had the pleasure of going to the FWB Surterra store a couple of days ago and I must say IMPRESSED is not the word I would use FANTASTIC is more like it. From the moment that you walk in the door you are greeted with a welcoming smile from the associates at the check in desk. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and not chaotic ( if it is they hide it very well ) I had the pleasure of working with the Stores General Manager Marisa, she took the time to walk me through each of the strains I thought I would be interested in, but soon learned that I was going for the wrong items for my issues. Marisa took the time to listen to what I needed, listen to what I thought I needed and then to show me and explain to me why the products she was recommending were the right choice for me. I have been to many dispensaries in the last two years and by far this is the most organized, knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff I have encountered. As a business owner it is a absolute pleasure to see someone in a management position that clearly has her patients, staff above all. Would not exchange faulty product..I decided to edit review from 1 to 3 stars because all of the employees have been very courteous with the exception of one. Had been getting that same vape pen for the last several visits and never had a problem. Pen stopped working intermittently and then developed a some cracks and started separating from mouthpiece. I never dropped or put pen under stress. They wouldn't replace because it was cracked and missing resin. I am very disappointed because I feel like they should have replaced. Would have been glad to pay partial amount. Lady was stern and made me feel like she thought I was trying to get something over on them. Wasn't at all

Absolutely no flower in stock aside from some 9% B.S.

Super friendly...they explained everything!! We were so nervous but they let me accompany my husband and ask questions...did not make me feel like an idiot.

My gf and I decided to check this specific Surterra out. (Fort Walton Beach) it's an hour and a half drive. Not much of a choice so I choose not to buy anything. My gf on the other hand bought 2, 3.5g containers. We get out to the car and she opens the container to find mainly stems w tiny amounts of weed on them. And of course there were 2 different stickers on the container with different strains and THC %. I think it's a safe bet that the employees or the people the package their product, have no idea what they are selling, and don't seem to care about screwing over their customers.

The end of March I purchased 3 bottles of Soothe Oil which cost me $225. They put the wrong product in my bag. I didn’t need it until last night then realized it was wrong. I took it back and was told there is nothing they can do. After arguing they agreed to replace one. Now I’m out $125. I went to their competitor on the way home and their policy is to correct their mistakes and they exchange which is all I wanted in the first place. I would not recommend now knowing that the customer is responsible for the companies mistakes.

The best dispensary hands down! They have fun and friendly staff that make you feel very welcome. I love the very open atmosphere and the fact that anyone can browse the store. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

Good concentrates but you can't get Flowers just pre-rolls and the Jimmy Buffett brand concentrate vape is worth trying but the pre-rolls taste like they might have shakinthem

First time patient and the staff was above and beyond. Relaxing atmosphere and everyone is kind. Manny helped me out with my purchase and I was out and happy. Waiting and hoping for Flower to arrive in the store!

Location is close. Manny was very helpful. Being as this is all new to me, he was very helpful in explaining everything to me as a beginner and answered all the questions I had at the time. Just a heads up....do NOT be fooled when the parking lot is full in the morning or early evening. There is a gym right next door that provides classes and makes it seem as if Surterra is packed out. However, even if we were packed out....we'd still take care of you.
