Our commitment to community health
The Community Health Assessment plays a key role in telling the health story of Okaloosa County. Produced every three to five years, this assessment is used by the community to identify health priorities. Then, Community Health Improvement Plan groups form and work together to set goals and take steps to create a healthier Okaloosa.
The Florida Department of Health in Okaloosa County offers a wide range of services focusing on promoting and improving the health of residents and visitors of the community.
