The staff and doctors are very nice and provided me information I needed to make an informed decision. The doctor listened carefully and was very personable. Great experience.

First time going to one of these places and I had a awesome experiences. everyone was so welcoming and polite. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and always smiling. The doctor that I saw answered all the questions that I had for him and very knowledgeable. At the end of my appointment the lady helped me get through the process and set me out on my way. Overall great experience!!

Dr Barber was absolutely wonderful with high compassion and knowledge she has given me hope that I am able to source a way of not being in chronic pain at the age of 35 I recommend everyone to go to her.

Dr. Barber is great... very easy to talk to and never rushes you with your questions. It's super convenient to do appointments via TeleHealth. She and her staff is always pleasant and accommodating.

My Dr. is amazing!! Dr. Laura is so personable and welcoming. She has a lot of knowledge and is always excited to inform me of new dispensaries and products available to me. She always ask the right questions and really listens to me She has had a positive impact on me, and I believe she makes a real difference in her patients lives.

Very informative, very professional and terrific patient care.This was my 6 month check. Again the receptionist is amazing. She never misses someone coming in or leaving and her smile is infectious. Also love Dr. Barber. She answered all my questions, listened to me and offered many suggestions on dosing and methods.

I had a few problems at my first appointment but after the issue got resolved with my medical records I was good to go. They are very big on customer service excellence. They definitely are very friendly and it's a very quick appointment and my doctor was awesome and very personable. Definitely recommend.

She's not gonna let you leave without knowing how to utilize your temporary card while you wait for the physical I.D. card. Overall great first experience. Had a lovely experience. I was renewing my card for the 6 month period. It was super easy. They got me in and out and the provider was so sweet! Easy to schedule appointments as well!

Dr. Laura is great! The staff is wonderful. There is no risk and no charge if you don't qualify. Easy convenient scheduling. Location is easy to find as well.

I am officially a medical marijuana user in the state of Florida! 😁 Let me tell you, Florida is so professional and knowledgeable about what they are doing. This isn’t a “oh here’s your card get whatever you want”. No, they actually give specific suggestions for you based on your diagnoses. My doctor even gave me a detailed paper on ratios and the woman I worked with to register helped me determine the strength between all of these different options. She even showed me a trick so I could use my card today! PLUS they give you papers with discounts to all the local dispensaries! They even book your follow appointment for you and will email/text/ and call before your appointment. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of treatment and professionalism.

The Dr and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were so personable and professional. They made the appointment and the entire process so stress free and comfortable. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Thank you so much for everything!

This last visit was the best visit so far. The staff was much friendlier than in the past and the atmosphere was much more relaxed. NO MASKS REQUIRED! I was thrilled they'd stop the COVID theatre and quit with the masks. I am hard of hearing and often cannot make out what's being said through the mask. Plus after reading several peer reviewed studies on how useless they are in preventing virus transmission, I've always thought they were just for show. There's no science to support wearing them. Thank you for a great visit!

Dr. Barber and the staff at MTTC are phenomenal. Every person I encountered was kind and helpful. Having been a transfer patient, I expected to be in and out however, Dr. Barber still took her time and spoke with me about my health, answered all my questions and ensured I was properly educated about all of the recent changes. The ladies that run this office are amazing. They are quick, efficient and know what they are doing. My own mistake was letting my 6 month appointment lapse. I called and they were able to squeeze me in. I appreciate the respect they have for people time and never keep anyone waiting. If only all offices were run by this crew!

Love MMTC they have literally saved my life. I’ve been struggling with health issues my entire life with no relief and now after 20 years of suffering I’m off over 20 medications and use MMJ daily to help everything from pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression, nausea, and it helps so much with tapering off medications! This was my second visit with this office since moving from the Kissimmee area. The office staff and Dr Barber are absolutely one of the most professional Drs offices i have dealt with. From the Front desk check—in to the interview Dr Barber gave me several new ideas and different dosing options to utilize.

I had an 11am appointment, walked in early,they were able to process me and my paperwork. Friendly and helpful staff was done before my scheduled appointment.Beautiful ++Updated 4/19/22Had to renew mm card for 2022, 9:45 am appointment with Doctor,processed out the door in 20 minutes.They completed all the necessary paperwork .Top shelf personal - 5 Star service .

Masks are still required to be in the building and I’d rather transfer somewhere else that is welcoming and not rude. The mailman come go as he pleases in the building with no mask. No thanks!

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Thompson is great. You can tell that he really believes in what he does. Made me very comfortable from the moment I shook his hand.

MMTC has the best customer service and caring staff. I could not be happier. Then doctor explained the different product delivery methods and suggested the correct dosage for each unit.

My experience with Dr Barber and her staff were great. Appointment scheduling was easy I did it online. They called me to make sure I knew to bring records, plus I got reminder emails, and texts so I wouldn’t forget my appointment. Dr Barber was great. I have no experience what so ever with cannabis and she did a great job putting me at ease and getting to know me. She went over all my conditions and explained in detail everything and gave me some recommendations for my conditions. She provided helpful pamphlets to take home so I could understand the science better. Overall aGreat experience and I would recommend her office to anyone that is considering medical marijuana treatment

Best doctors visit I've ever had. They are very professional and have a great welcoming staff. I suffer from high anxiety around strangers but they make you feel comfortable and it was a fairly a quick process from the waiting room on to be seen by the doc. She was very understanding and listened to what i had to say answered all my questions and helped my husband understand the process and medications as well. They did my card application for me all i had to do once i got home was upload my photo i.d. and pay the app fee. Took about 9 days for the card to be approved and all i can say is this is the first medication that has actually helped. The quality of life has been great since i started. Thank you so much 💜2 years later I still feel the same. They are awesome.

The Staff here make things easy! They are so welcoming and friendly! Everything is explained as you go! All the things you need to fill out for the State is on a tablet. That makes it a breeze!! Dr. Barber makes you feel comfortable, takes time to listen and gives great advice! I have been recommending this office to everyone!

Doc and the staff are top notch in every way. From the front-desk experience on; they’re really the only medical professionals I see on a regular basis that don’t treat their patients like dirt-bags, and it’s refreshing.

I've come to observe this in every person that I've come across in this office. Its clean, has adequate space, well ventilated. One of the few businesses that are quietly and passively true to the purpose and mission of the medicinal marijuana program all while providing a much needed service with care, expertise and concern.

As I entered uncertain about the process but ready to proceeding towards an alternative method to make my daily routines more comfortable, I was greeted with ease and swiftness.The receptionist was quick with the process of getting myself and information properly inputted as well as keeping me informed. After just maybe 10 minutes was brought back by the Dr.. She is amazing, great humor and very informative on the process. We had a slight hiccup a (Pterodactyl insect lizard thing needed eviction) guess you had to be there haha. The entire staff were very kind and helpful. The Dr. Made sure I fully understood what my next step was and my treatment plan expectations. Made sure I knew my time frames. I will continue to go here for all follow ups

Very nice staff. This was my first initial visit and from paperwork at the front counter to the conversation with the doctor, I was very pleased. I also thought that the reminder text, emails were very helpful as well. Given my experience, there’s no reason why you should be going in there unprepared.

After years of suffering through ptsd and anxiety and with the encouragement of my friend, I finally made an appointment. I too was nervous at first, but hey, I have anxiety. Lol. The staff was incredible and NOT ONE person made me feel out of place. The process went very fast and very smooth. Dr Barber answered all of my questions. I walked out that day with a huge sense of relief. I felt like someone was finally listening to my needs and NOT pushing another pill on me. Thanks girl!

Lied to me 2 times and waited until I took off work to come down there to tell me stuff isn't correct for (their place)!!!I've had my card for a year, first doc passed away and second one had to shut down due to Covid.Lady at front is rude and lies through her teeth!!!This place is a joke if I've ever seen one!!!Hole in the wall, fly by night, just here for your money business. They dont care about your time or money you're losing to be there trying to give them money!I also called the BBB as well as writing them a long email about the whole situation.

I think they are doing the best they can considering..... you can go in to pay but need to wait in your car till it's your turn. .....If you need to use the restroom you will gave to drive down the block to the gas station......

I absolutely love the Doctor at this clinic. I was very nervous and on edge also embarrassed when first arriving, After I was called back to her office to go over my situation she made me feel more comfortable and at ease and less embarrassed and also explained everything within great detail. Everyone within the office is very polite nice and understanding which is so reassuring especially for someone like myself that has very bad anxiety. I would recommend the Fort Walton clinic to anybody who needs it

I throughly enjoy my appointments with the doctors. They share all the knowledge they acquire with the patient. They are there for the patient and they listen to ya. Refreshing since doctors today seem to think they know everything and have nothing left to learn.

Awesome staff, the receptionist was very nice and efficient, the nurse was very knowledgeable and helped with recommendations, and the doctor was extremely understanding and helpful along with personalized recommendations for my conditions. I felt extremely welcomed in all aspects. If you come in with the proper records and you qualify, the process will be very easy. I was in and out in 30 minutes with very little wait time. They also offered a veteran’s discount, which I truly appreciated, and they accepted my VA medical claims and records. If you’re a veteran with service-connected disabilities that qualify under state law, bring your completed VA claim with you and make this process easy for yourself. I would highly recommend them, and I look forward to working with them in the future.

WAS very happy with them until they told me I was "maxed out" per their policy! Seriously? You took my money and then won't let me have enough to get me through my recommendation? Not our fault the dispensaries are always out!

Front desk receptionist is very aggressively assertive with her "knowledge". Turns away "new" patients and refuses to let them make an appointment to see the DOCTOR based on her opinions of their medical records and profile. Points to signage on the desk instead of communicating the answer verbally. Could be very racist as people of her color were witnessed as being treated with much more respect and common courtesy as you would expect from a receptionist. Refused to honor or even speak about a price difference in advertised price versus what is listed on the MMTC web-site. Doctor and Nurse here are VERY nice and helpful. Unfortunately, their receptionist brings down my overall rating of this facility.
