@Ask_Spectrum is there an internet outage in 78729? I see a TV Outage in my app but I don’t have tv and my internet has been out for about an hour (even after rebooting modem and router and getting refresh signal). Hold times are too long for phones right now

@Ask_Spectrum seriously is the worst. If @ATT Fiber was in my area, I’d switch in a heartbeat. More than 5 outages in my area with Spectrum in 1 year vs 1 outage in over 3 years with ATT. Spectrum is the worst.

First match of the split and @GetSpectrum kills my upload mid match causing me to get an abandonment penalty and de-rank down to gold 3. What's cool is I switched over to my business line I have for work and it never went down. More evidence that they are killing high traffic.

@pot8um @GetSpectrum I'm a current @GetSpectrum customer (I have no other choice) and still I get a piece of mail from them every. single. day. It's all advertising. Sometimes I get TWO OF THE SAME THING, one addressed to me and one addressed to resident. It's so completely unnecessary and wasteful.

@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum I used to pay as low as $139 for a TV/Internet/Phone bundle. As the discounts disappeared my bill rose to $280. Cust Svc was rude & dismissive, said discounts are only for new customers. Signing with Verizon will reduce my bill to $160 for 2 years.
