Nothing goes better with chilly fall weather than a great bowl of Chili. Coming in from a cold and exhausting day to a steaming bowl of chili that you can top with any of your favorites, like cheese or sour cream, never tastes as good as it does when autumn is upon us. The great part about this tasty dish is there are tons of ways to make chili, and every way can be just as delicious. 1. All-American Chili

No list of chili would be complete with your “typical” red bean chili. It’s the most common and has your garden variety beef, beans and awesome spices. This recipe is one of my personal favorites because it has yellow sweet peppers! I personally only add 1 can of kidney beans, and add 1 can of black beans and 1 can of corn. It yields tons of leftovers andis made in the crock pot. A win-win!

2. White ChickenChili

3. Vegetarian Chili

The great thing about chili is you can make it filling and tasty even without meat. Using lots of beans and tomatoes will give your dish flavor and can be healthy too! Don’t shy away from vegetarian chili, you won’t even miss the meat! This recipe is actually by one of my favorite authors, Jane Green. 4. Turkey & Black Bean Chili

This recipe is amazing because it has CHOCOLATE in it! You will use unsweetened cocoa powder and an ounce of semisweet chocolate in your mixture, which gives it a totally unique flavor. 5. Chili Without Beans

Even though chili is mostly known for its hearty selection of beans, not everyone enjoys them. You don’t have to miss out on the chili bandwagon, just make some sans beans!
