  3. Whisk in peanut butter until well incorporated and smooth. Optionally, add monkfruit sweetener as recommended, or to taste. I used 24 drops. Whisk until well mixed.

  1. Yum!!! Can I substitute monkfruit in powdered form or granular form? I have a whole lot of that I need to use up and don’t have the drops. Would you recommend a particular amount if so?

    Reply

    1. Hi Mary! 🙂 Hmm… I haven’t tried that yet, so I’m not sure how it might turn out. You could try subbing the drops with 2-3 tablespoons of powdered monkfruit, give or take. Again, I’m not sure how it’ll turn out, so be prepared for experimentation. Hehe! Let me know how it turns out. Enjoy!
